What causes pain?
Words and thoughts can cause pain. Sometimes the situation doesn’t hurt our physical body, but our thoughts about them hurt us. Surrender and let it unfold. Choose your words carefully, but allow others the freedom to express. Find love and kindness in all beings. Love yourself.
Indecisons can cause pain. When we are pulled to different directions, our energy is scattered. Thus, we must always ground ourselves. What grounds you? Do you practice it everyday? Yoga? Surf? Swim? Run? Meditate?
Let the mind be still and listen to your heart, let it lead. But, always find love in yourself. Practice – Ahimsa.
